hummingbird smartcast, I see these are comming on uk market now does anyone rate, range seems limiting any boffs know how to extend?

I brought my video sender from Makros for ?40+vat

next ,as I said before you need to know the opperating frequency of your smart cast.

In my local tackle shop they've had an orange thingy brought back in thats been chomped on by pike twice already.Come to think of it the are about the same size and are of a similar shape to a shakespeare big S lure.
