any members like to share info on successfu waters for low double carp.id like to try sandmere but dont know where to start

If you try sandmere be very, very careful. There are loads and loads of silly rules and the baliff is pretty officious...

Get yourself booked onto the Isle lake for a day. I fished it about 4 weeks ago between 10.am and 2.00pm and had around 25-30 fish averaging around 12-14lbs. Great fun on barbel gear.

upper Thorney croft is not a bad water also.

Apparently, the bailiffs check to make sure you've got one. If you ain't, they'll fit you with a make-shift one using a size 6 Raptor Big T!!!!!!!!!!!

any sandmere regulars like to share some good baits .iv heard floaters work well but that was in summer.sand mere must kick ass if u had 25 carp averaging 12-14lbs.wot did u catch on.
