Another angle on the F&M to consider.
I've just been away for a couple of nights on a pit in Beds. Talking to the baliff, he was telling me about one of the club's other waters, that is currently closed.
Due to its very quiet locality, the staying away of anglers has meant an invasion of cormorants. The local gamekeeper reported to the club that up to 38 at one time have been on there, taking advantage of the deserted water.
Worthwhile considering, especially for anyone that has a water not being fished at the moment.
