When fishing for bream should you always
wipe the slime off the line between fish
If not could this have an effect on the
amount of fish you catch ????

Good question Trevor, I'll be keen to see peoples opinions, as its a question I've asked myself in the past. I usually do remove the slime, whether I'm correct or not I don't know.

It does if you're fishing a river - it's extra drag if nothing else. Wipe it off on your finger then flick it at the next passer-by with a dog! They'll blame the dog.
