I reckon Warren was probably atfer bream, but an 11 01 tench is a nuisance whenever you hook them.

It came at 4.19am and was big framed fish. We've seen bigger in there too and as far as i am aware its never done a Tench before.

Gary......that was mild for you considering he is a ratfisher.

Enjoyed the bream article by the way. The lake is only a stones throw from where I work (I think). In my last two sessions I have been after the huge bream in a 22 acre club lake .......not a sniff. I did have a carp in one session. When asked by one of the guys if I had caught anything I enjoyed replying

"Nah....only a 15lb carp" he simply couldn't take it in!

In all honesty there aint really a story to be told, a relatively short session, 2 nights, 1 bite one fish, that will do for me. Pic on its way Graham if you wanna stick it up on the home page.

Oh Wol - not getting into the "cant take a leg pull" like some people on this forum recently?

I'd be happy to blank for a whole summer to catch a fish like that (although I still haven't seen it yet). In fact catching a fish would be nice, its been a bloody terrible summer for me. Well done
