The article is very interesting, but slightly flawed. The reason Signal Crays have killed off the natives isn't bullying or viruses, but a fungus the Signals carry that affects white-claws, or so I was told by Jake Willers, an expert in these matters.
Tell you what, though, if anyone catches 20 or 30 big ones and brings them round my house alive, there's a fiver waiting...

Two kids arguing in the playground and the teacher went to sort them out. One kid asks "Sir, do lobsters walk sideways?".

The crayfish plague (Aphanomyces astaci) is a fungal disease. That spreads very rapidly to the native spcies.
Just to clarify what Mark has said above.
