It goes without saying that anglers are the gaurdians of the water ways,we report water polloution,severe abstraction etc, the govmt recieve a huge sum of money from fees,canal banks and rivers with public access are kept cleared (i know some litter is left but every large group of people has its half wits)children are encouraged to get out of the house and get some fresh air and learn a bit about the enviroment hands on,and in the current climate of doom and gloom dont forget tourism,the americans love to fish for trout on hampshires chalk streams and for salmon in scotland,so if any antis should read this GET A LIFE.
