I lost the sliding battery cover for one of my older type Delkims.

I phoned them to ask if they could supply me with one, no problem, they said, took my name and address and they said they would pop me one in the post.

Hang on, i haven't paid you said i.

They wouldn't have me pay.......they packed and posted it free of charge!

That is damned good service to their customers by any standard, when i do replace my alarms they will be Delks again.

Anyone considering new alarms should take this service into account.

That's good to hear Paul, especially as I've just invested in a set of new Delkims.

It isn't too often that you hear good reports of service these days.

I reckon Steve would be better off with a passage from Handel's Hallelujah Chorus - seeing as how 'often' he gets bites . . . . . . . . . . . . ?

[only joking Steve . . . . . .]

Hahahaha very good both of you ;)

Wols should play that famous tune from 'Right said Fred'...
.....'I'm too sexy'.........(but I think Fred was gay?) :D

Ginge would have to have a Spice Girls tune (Gerry of course)...
'2 become 1' (think about it.....)

I'll think of one for you Peter! Maybe the 'Oil song' by Steve Forbert?

With all this praise, hopefully Delkim will see this thread - so I will make a suggestion...

Make them programmable and put a USB port on them. Then you should be able to put any tune on them.
Perhaps they could also be used as memory sticks, like most mobile phones?
Perhaps each bite alarm could then have its own website?
Perhaps they could be persuaded to write a blog?
