I suddenly realised that I have been contributing to this website for nearly 4 years. "Tempus Fugit".

They have been very enjoyable years however, and I've seen a few people come and go.

How long have you been a member?

Other than Graham, who is the oldest active member?

can someone as old and as weighed down by wallet as graham be described as "active"?

Do any other members remember the forum before the website started?

pretty much from day one -- and on Grahams own site before that .......

I think Graham asked me to start a thread on the first or second day of the Forum to give it a kick start to get it going ...

Only for about a year or so and yet it seems so much longer maybe because I have been made to feel so welcome here.

It has been a great time especially getting to meet so many knowledgeable and friendly anglers.

A long time, I seem to remember there were less than 3000 members.
Great site, probably the best fishing web site in the UK.
How do you find your membership No?
I found FM via BikeMagic where I'd talked to a few lads about bridleways and unclassified county roads etc.

The forum started quite a while after the site was set up ----
it was originally 'Grahams Mailing List' and he transferred it to FM....and the rest is history ....
