the majority of 15ft rods tend to be top heavy,i looked at the gfl aggressor and the shimano technium 15ft specimatch.both tende to be really top heavy.i opted for the maver reactorlite match 2.this will lift a 3kilo deadweight,and,with displacement will land sizeable fish,my best was a 7lb tench this summer(i've only had the rod since may).however what i like and what's right for me may not be for you.best advice is to go to a good tackle shop where you can hold all the rods in the criteria you are looking for,put a reel on(preferably your own)and see how they feel/act.
