Its been decided, Big Rik’s booked it and we’re now off to Etang Lemans on 13th March 2004. The web says it’s a great place to fish, but have any of you been there or know of someone who has?

It would be great to get any tips or pointers in the right direction on working baits and tactics? Any idea what the bottom is made up of?

Any help would be much appreciated – cheers!

The lake bed is essentially clay/silt with a few hard patches which can be found by testing the boats' oar over the lake bed.

Hello Stu, Happy New Year.

Phone Wally and ask for Richard Petrowski's number, he took the place apart, he's also in todays Times with a 61 from des Isles.

CLUB MIX SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS ON THIS LAKE AS IT WAS USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR TWO SEASONS AND IS NOW WELL AND TRULLY BURNED OUT
