hi i am going down to orchid for a few days in april ,can anyone give some advice on how to tackle the place i.e baits, tactics e.t.c. any advice greatly appreciated.
Andy, give Marsh a call on 01865 341810 nearer the time (or even now) and he will be more than pleased to give you up-to-date info on the place. Being as he's a good friend of mine and i know his weaknesses take along a bag of doughnuts when you arrive and i'm sure he will be even more obliging!!!
Andy,i believe Marsh runs a very up to date website on the place with views from every swim and all catch reports are posted so you can see if its fishin well or not.Worth a google i think mate!
