maggits lake basildon essex

ive heard about maggits lake in basildon essex that it is stock with carp and sturgeon to just over 20 IB has anyone fished this lake as im looking for some imfo so i can take my son there at the end of march as a birthday treat any help would be great

yh fishes it lodsa times. excellent lake. who told u that sturdgeon nd carp go to 20lb. done the night the last two nights and caught biggest 18lb sturgeon about 30lb carp to about 14lb also tench bream roach perch eels. rudd are in the lake that is not mentioned on the internet
