my name is philip, i consider myself a bit of a purist and as such make my own floats and being able to use what you make is the most satifying part of my love of fishing, rivers and lakes are my first love but i do go carping now and again but i like patrolling the banks looking for one or two good uns, i dont mind if it takes me all this summer this year i will net "old white lip" a big chub thats escaped me for the last two years, he just hangs back far enough out of reach so his little brothers get hooked first!

Welcome to FM Philip, good luck with 'old white lip' the old uns are very crafty........just like the senior members of FM :wh;)
