Servicing Shimano reels

On one of my aero 8000's,one of the grips on the handle has bent inwards.Could shimano repair it for free or would i have to buy and fit a new handle?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you contact Felindre, which is Shimanos service centre I'm sure they will let you know.
A new handle souldn't cost very much if you do need one, and their service is great.
