When I was in my early teens I kept a little book in my tackle bag called: "The Observers Book of Freshwater Fishes".

I have not seen this book but at that low price it is somthing we should all carry. Species identification is important, such as the difference between a true roach and some of it's hybrids.

Worth getting I guess.

I've got something much better to carry when fishing Ron, it's called an EA Rod Licence.

Don't get caught out as many did last year.

Criminal Record in court if the 'sucker punch' is landed.

I caught a fish sea fishing last summer and no-one knew what it was. Evil-looking little bastard about 8oz with teeth and bulging eyes.
