This might sound daft but when useing the loop rig what knots do i use. Tried the other day and found knots slipping can anyone help and tell me how to tie them please

Trevor, I think you'll find most people use a simple overhand knot to tie the loop with. If you need a tighter knot, use a double over hand knot.
