I resisted the temptation!

Popped into my local tackle shop today (Blean Angling) and noticed some very smart looking rods which I’m guessing are quite new, they are the MAP parabolic black range. I was particularly taken with the design and materials used for the handle, going to be marmite for sure but for grip and cleaning muck off they look the biz.

Somehow I managed to resist.

I have no knowledge of MAP gear at all particularly rods.

I've seen these before. Not for me they look like golf club handles.
Also not sure why you need all the grip at the wrong end, I don't find cork slips off my elbow when playing a fish.
