Found thejohn Wilson signature Barbel system rod for ?60, but before buying can anyone tell me will it bump small silverfish. Where I fish there are plenty of roach and skimmers which are a joy to catch but then the carp start to feed and my match rod feels underguuned (carp to 12 -15 lb).I want to be able to step up to deal with the carp without loosing out on the roach. Would I be better of with the john wilson Avon quiver @ 1.25tc?
