Would anyone know of a good tackle shop in South Manchester (near the A6 or Levenshulme)? I've recently moved into the area and am looking for a bait supplier.

the larger shops are Trafford Anglings then you have Trevs of Wilmslow and the Northwest Angling Centre at Hindley, or the Rochdale Angling Centre depending on which direction you wish to travel in, Gilders is OK in Failsworth but a bit smaller than the rest

The nearest one to you is Edgeley Sports in Stockport. Then there's Hazel Grove Angling Centre. Decathlon in Stockport sell mainly rubbish these days, but it's worth a browse, there is an occasional bargain.
