Hydro elastic??

Hi just getting into fishing comercials and not sure if when using white and black hydro i need to elasticate through top 2 or just the top section?? the pole i use is a daiwa whisker with power kits.

top 2 or top3 if you count the short tip which you usually have to cut back to accomodate a suitable bung for hollow elastic,if you are not sure about this your tackle dealer will sort it for you.

Get rid of the first section and elasticate through 2 & 3
