I have been using 3LB supplex for trotting and whilst it performs well it does seem to fail if joined loop to loop with hooklengths. An allbright knot solves this but is a bit of a fiddle to tie. Could anybody recomend a suitable swivel or connecter?

The Preston size 24 fits the bill perfectly.
Use a five turn uni-knot for lines under 6 BS.
I use them all the time and think they weigh as much as a no.6 shot.
Once you've tried them you will use nothing else.

They brilliant been using them for years for waggler fishing they weigh less than a no 6 more like a no 8 dust shot
