Fly Reel Question

Hi,

Im just about to get into Fly fishing, I have just got a Greys 10ft GRX Fly rod and a BFR Rim Fly Disc LA Reel.

I loaded the reel with the Backing braide and the rest with sinking Fly Line.

I loaded it so that the line actually comes off from the bottom off the reel,

My question is, Which is best??? The line coming from the bottom or the top?

From the bottom of the reel.

When you are stripping line in order to shoot it out, you would most likely get the line caught on the reel handle.

If you look at the cage construction on most fly reels you will see that the line is designed to come off the bottom.
