Rod Quality Differences

Hi, could anyone tell me the differences between the Shimano AnTares Specialist and Greys Prodigy Barbel 1.5 for chub fishing apart from ?100 in price?
I'm not worried about the prices I just want a quality rod in this test curve range.

the greys is probably handbuilt,rather than mass produced,have you looked at the fox barbel rod,seems like a goodun
