My river is a triburoty of the thames. It the river Wey in Guildford.. I am aware that there are barbel further up and down stream, i.e., woking, but I dont have the transport to get there, and Im determined to get on from my wier pool.
should I fish a couple of big pellets over a small pva bags worth of small pellets, or will the crays be able to eat the smaller ones ? if so, what should I use as loose feed ?
as mentioned before.. My main assault for them will probably be early next season, so the crays will be back with a vengence by then, although, I will probably try n squeeze in a couple sessions this side of March.. am on holiday in the middle of feb, so might give it a bash when I get back..
Cheers guys..
