New pb this weekend just under 2lbs taken in a livebait when worm and prawns weren't doing the goods.
Had one just 1lb on the next cast.

I managed just one fish yesterday , 2.7 . Conditions looked spot on with the river at a good level and an overcast day . As often happens someone forgot to to tell the fish

I appreciate not everyone can fish and the floods/Baltic conditions/travel restrictions etc but this is very much still on.

As suggested , here's my 2-7 , caught from a Pennine river in North Yorkshire. It was taken on a size 2 Drennan hook , 7g dropshot, 10 lb flouro leader and I used a small creature bait which looked vaguely like a signal crayfish, which are now common here . Rubbish picture , not helped by breaking my landing net pole on an earlier fish - pole had been injured by falling on it last month -so much for my repair . So this fish was beached , not netted- hence the muck.
