Ignore. Thought I had an issue with a new reel, but I was being dumb! Called Daiwa and they immediately sorted me out... can't fault their service. Looks a nice reel too.

Just rang them - my mistake - there's the same gap both sides. Can't believe I didn't notice it was the same!

Anyway, great service from Daiwa!
