The best hard case by a mile I have seen are the sportex super safes. Really class. I have the 165 version. Since Brexit though, carriage is more expensive than the rod, but sportex have an agent in the UK and tempted to get a longer version. Quite the best by far, not heavy, a bit garish maybe but super strong. They are on eBay!
