Google cookie policy box corruption

I am unable to continue beyond your home page due to it being blocked by a cookie policy notice I recognise as Google's. Your site's cookie policy notice goes when I click on the 'Agree', but then the Google one suddenly appears and is irremovable. I am unable to understand why this criminality is occurring.
