Well having Thursday and Friday off work to fish. Going to manor fisheries biggleswade again. Thursday on Damsel lake. Had 8.5lb common, a couple of bream and my first ever tench. What a lovely looking fish. Can see myself targeting these in future.

Congratulations, one of my favourite fish, Tench, I'm out after work to have another go at them :)

That's a fair old scar on it's back!

Wow 5lb i bet that awesome. I have to say they are defiantly one of my favourites now. Going to have to learn more about fishing for them and target them at some point. Got any pics of the beast?

Funnily enough it didn't fight that hard, the smaller bottom one was a real handful but the larger one gave up fairly quickly!

Edit: Oh, and it's three blanks on the trot now since the last one...
