Slime line

Guys,

Just wondering if anyone could recommend a slime line for clear water stalking.
I've read about them in various mags and forums and they do sound good.
I would need a WF6.
Apparently the mono core lines have memory problems so I am wary of purchasing the wrong line.

I bought a slow sinking intermediate clear fly line from the Airflo website a few years ago. I sent it back without using it, as the specification on their website was quite different from the details on the packaging.

I then bought a slow sinking intermediate from Rio. It was a Mainstream intermediate, WF7, see through, not opaque and the claimed sink rate was 1.5 to 2 inches per second, price was £35 and it might no longer be available. I used it once on a large reservoir. I found the flies snagged on the bottom during a slow retrieve in water about 5 or 6 ft deep. It meant that the line restricted me to fishing lures with a medium/fast retrieve. I've not used it since, as I mainly river fish nowadays.

Choosing the right intermediate line isn't easy there's so many types out there. Here's some info :
