Peter, is it worth sending Ray a PM? I'm not sure if it works for all providers but all the PM's sent to me have a notification in my gmail account where I may either read them in gmail or FM - or both.

I am not sure if that works but I will give it a try . . . . . . .

Hi guys. Was hoping to join in and see a few faces but even if it does happen I don't think I'll be able to make it. Radiator blew up yesterday!

Let's see who's still up for this? If you want to fish, say so on this thread and I'll start a list on this post.

1. Me.
2. Jerry.

I must add that the river may be very coloured and pushing and not great for lures...
I'll contact a couple of locals and ask them what it's like tomorrow.

Ian, I intended to call it off today. The weather on sat is very windy and wet.
Shame because the river is fishable with good colour and flow.
Maybe try for another date in March......

Be alright for people with the foresight to take something to sit on and an umbrella !

I agree Skippy and if you or anyone else still wants to go don't let me stop you...
I might still go myself if the forecasters are wrong...
My mate in Walton said today that the river is looking very fishable and there were some lure anglers down there so I guess the water isn't too coloured.

March sounds good.

PS I'd have gone just to see Skip trying to set his brolly up in the gale force winds that are forecast....................;)

I'm trying to shift a cough, not sure I'd be OK by Saturday, so slightly relieved!
I'll neck loads of vitamin C in the run-up to March, if that's when it's happening.
