A super, example of the Hardy St George alloy fly reel in 3” diameter.
3 screw latch model and retaining virtually all its original dark lead finish
Right hand wind, fitted with good smoke agate line guide, no chips or cracks,
rim tension regulator to twin internal springs and pawls, all working well,
internally stamped JS for Jimmy Smith, correct ribbed brass foot,
the reel winds smooth, no wobble ,a fine collectors example with silk line.
