Rare Tom O’Reilly Mallard 11’ 2 piece Mk1V split cane Avon style carp or barbel rod,
green close whipped throughout, with full bridge red agate lined guides, bronze ferrule,
26” trumpet cork handle with sliding alloy reel rings
, the rod inscription “The Mallard Mk1V, 23.2.MM Tom O’Reilly 11’” and to reverse “Tom O’Reilly J.JS 21[SUP]st[/SUP]”,
generally good condition, complete with maker’s cloth bag.
