This is one of the most rare of all English threadline alloy casting reels
The Farshure reel was Patented in 1921 with ref no 5188.
this reel is individual number 136 and runs 100% well, smooth and light to operate,
5" overall with a flat body gear casing, the half bail arm seems to operate inward and then clicks out to pick up line, really odd system,
crack handle,* 4 screw alloy foot stanchion, and retains good original dark lead finish
A rare find for any early spinning reel collector
