An Albert Smith of Redditch England enamel on steel advertising sign
These enamel signs are fabulous for any man cave or tackle room
Approx. 30 years ago a wholesaler in the Redditch tackle trade found the original maker of these signs.
Advertiser’s included J W Young, Albert Smith and Allcock's,
The maker then in his 80’s still had the materials and original dies and so he made approx. 100 signs.
*Most of them have disappeared into collections by now.
Last week we bought six of these brand new old stock signs from the same maker
So in effect these are original pattern but made later by the same maker, these are approx. 30 years old.
Measuring approx. 20” x 12” , they weigh 2 kg each, so be aware of postage rates
Some enamel chips though storage outside but generally in super condition
