A very rare Chapman Of Ware the Mk8 Quinette Carp rod 10' 2 piece built from 5 section cane
approx 50 of these rods made from 1955-70 so a very rare item to find
factory matt finish ,green close whipped with bells guides, both the butt ring lower whip and ferrule are whipped in copper, bronze ferrule with rubber stopper,
28" trumpet cork handle with sliding alloy reel rings and butt cap, screw in black rubber button,
the rod has seen little use, cane is straight, ferrule is tight
an iconic carp rod for the collector and traditional angler, comes with makers cloth bag
