Malloch of Perth Patent alloy side casting reel c 1920 with reversible drum & brass f
A fine early Malloch of Perth Patent side casting reel, 3-1/2” diameter with tapered horn handle, Malloch oval logo, twisting foot and casting eye, slide lock cross hatched button, reversible drum to cure twisting when spinning with lured Devons etc. in fine mechanical condition and retaining good original finish dates c 1910, a fine example for any collectors cabinet and still very usable 100 years on.
