A rare English Patent side casting reel with polished wood tournament spool, the foot stamped made in England, Pat Applied For and the wood spool face stamped Made in England, 3-1/2” dia. black crackle finish coated brass backplate with allot twist foot, offset twin handle bar with cone handles, tournament style shallow tapered drum and nickel lock nut internally twin brass gears, not seen another, fine working condition and a true collectors reel
