A rarely seen vintage Hardy Fortuna 9” narrow drum big game tunny reel, Andreas Patent, brass cross bar with star drag adjuster to under side, back plate on-off check ratchet control, original brass foot block and screws, the reel has rim crack which has been repaired (see images) could be done better by one of the many cleaver engineers out there? the reel runs smooth and well, the drum is very clean inside and out, it’s a huge lump of a reel for any display and not common in this large size
