A fine vintage Malloch or Perth 3-3/4" wide drum salmon fly reel with rarely seen factory optional check button backplate
1-3/4" wide reel, 2 screw face plate and white handle, brass cross pillars, correct 95mm smooth brass foot,
the check button works well with a positive check clicker when on,
the reel retains most original lacquer finish and has the Malloch logo to wining plate
good collectors example, c 1920's
