A rarely seen accessory this brass slotted tube fits over the rod foregrip and the adjustable lugs secure the reel frame for support and balance especially when fishing the reel on top of the rod
Brass tube stamped Hardy Brothers, Ltd, Makers Alnwick , these come in three sizes,
this one measures 50mm long by approx. 35mm inside diameter although it can be opened and closed as desired,
