A stunning vintage wooden tabletop reel winder or line drier, beautifully crafted and comes with a pair of Nottingham wood and brass reels with lines
the drier base measures 14" x14", the rotating drum being 11-1/2" x 6" and fitted with a crank winding arm, wooden cross pillars, a metal hinged brake is fitted to the base of the drum, the reels are mounted on a sliding crossbar arrangement allowing the lines to be spread over the drum to dry, the Nottingham spine back reels are probably from Allcocks and come in 3-1/2" and 4" diameters,a great looking display centrepiece for any vintage tackle collector.
