Superb “The James Hardy” Celebration Set 2005, Limited Edition No.007, in celebration of the C.C. de France Club 1911-61, comprising a Hardy C.C. de France Palakona, 7’ 2 piece cane trout fly rod with correct spare tip, line rate #4, invisible intermediate whips, bronze ferrule, wood stopper, shrink wrap cork handle with alloy fittings and bamboo sections numbered 007, comes with red cloth bag, matching Hardy Lightweight Bougle reel No.007, 3” diameter, Alnwick built with C.C. de France logo to faceplate, Phoenix Pure Silk line DT4 in box, and casting club de France silvered logo medallion, the set is new and unused and comes with a signed letter from James Hardy, COA No.007, the whole kit beautifully displayed in a green foam baize lined block leather case, measuring 47”x13”x4”, *with brass furniture, outer straps, carry handle, Hardy, Alnwick, England C.C. de France logo impressed to lid, and finished off with a green stretch felt dust cover, a beautiful and rare set, ideal if you’re James Bond?, future collectible for sure.
