Ladybower Fishery near Sheffield has announced that it will be extending its season this year. The fishery at Hope Valley will be open until Friday 30th November which will enable you to take advantage of some great fishing.

Ladybower is a 504-acre reservoir set in the beautiful Peak District. It is well stocked with both Rainbow and Brown trout and fishing is allowed from both bank and boats.

This season’s figures so far are –
18319 fish caught from 6050 returns giving a rod average of 3.03. Best fish to date is a 14lbs rainbow.

Ladybower Bay, Snake Meadow, Derwent Monument & Old Fishery Office.

Ladybower also offers a welcoming fishery lodge, which offers refreshments and tackle for sale. It also has a disabled platform, toilets and tuition is available on site.
