Dave Cooper got more than he bargained for when he visited the Go Fishing show at the NEC the other week. FISHINGmagic presented him with the contributor of the month prize kindly donated by Relum.

Dave received a stainless steel Rod Hutchinson Eco Pod from FISHINGmagic editor Graham Marsden. The prize was in appreciation of his very popular ‘Purely For Pleasure’ column, and in particular the March contribution ‘Time Gentlemen Please’ in which he looked back to last season and forward to the next.

The emphasis in the ‘Purely For Pleasure’ series is how to enjoy your fishing no matter where you’re fishing or what you’re fishing for. And Dave certainly gets that across with great enthusiasm.
