Member Tony King has recorded the group’s largest Spring fish to date at 9lb 15oz 8 dram. Despite weighing on two sets of scale it fell short of a double by just half an ounce.

Some big male fish have also been taken, best two weighed 7lb 5oz and 7lb 11oz. And a member in the South West proves there are methods other than bolt rig feeders by taking an 8lb+ fish on the float!

More new members have joined us over the Spring period hence we are confident of returning some great results this season – the potential of the waters fished this Spring demonstrates that there are a number of good doubles for the taking in June and July.

The Tenchfishers are still seeking new members and applicants can submit an application via our website at www.tenchfishers.net or email us at info@tenchfishers.net.
