If your still looking for waters to fish in Hants area, try looking at the accessible angler website, they have a fisheries section on there with a list of fisheries by county. They list some with species types as well. I think most of the listings are day ticket waters but not sure about that.

Also you could try the Eastleaigh club there water at eastleigh next to the main train station is great for carp fishing and close to you aswell.
