Ron - I don't know which camera you are after but do a www.kelkoo.co.uk search for it at the least, then print out the cheapest priced retailers page and take it with you. Jessops will nromally price match UK retailers (so Pixmania don't count - French).

Might save you a few pennies towards your trolley.

http://www.internetcameradirect.co.uk are also good, but they don't list their stock levels online.
http://www.7dayshop.com are still the cheapest for cameras, memory and OEM batteries if they have it in stock.

other than a days piking with dad, it's unlikely that i'll be able to get away, not seen mother all year, she'll take umbridge if i disappear. but on the other hand i may well pop over the tuesday or wednesday between christmas and new year just to say hello.
