Hello people hope all is well in your lives. Well just a quick intro i love me fishing obviously. Am currently based in berkshire and am fishing a difficult little stretch of the loddon at the minuet im pilling blank on blank at the moment and its kind of doing my nut in but im quite a stubborn eejit and i dont plan on giving up on them the barbel that is or the chub or the perch or the.......... Desperate for anything really haha. Anyway all the best people and i hope you all pull out that lump of a fish this season that youve been dreaming of

Forget those barbel (everyones chasing them and their feeding nocturnally) instead go for mr greedy.
Small handfulls of mash into/under the rubbish areas, return later with link ledger/float gear, add a small lump of mash and fish big bits of flake....hold on and enjoy

WELCOME BULDEL,
we fished the river LODDEN many times some years ago and found just as
mick b said bread we had some lovely CHUB and also very good ROACH.
